The Flying Fortress: A DIY LEGO drone

Two LEGO builders Tyler Westmoreland and Chris Shepard have built a drone using nothing but LEGO Mindstorms parts and balloons.
Admittedly it does look kind of bare bones but all the software for this DIY drone was open source, all it needs is a half decent camera, so basically everything you see here is employing pretty much off the shelf parts. Looks like a fun project.
