Yes, these are bagpipes made out of PVC, duct tape and a plastic bag

No your eyes do not deceive you, this is a guy playing homemade bagpipes that he made using nothing but PVC tubing, duct tape and a plastic shopping bag. And you guessed it they do sound like bagpipes or at least close enough to my tin ear.

Hey looks like a cheap and fun project, the poster says they only cost a couple dollars to build (i can see why!) just might build some to keep the raccoons away.
